Chicken and Cornbread Stuffing Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

4 To 6 boneless chicken breast-halves
1 sm Box Stove-top Cornbread Stuffing
10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli*;-thaw
1 cn Cream of broccoli with-cheese soup
1/2 c Chicken broth


*(or mixture of broccoli & other veggies). Spray some
Pam or some such into a 3 1/2-quart crockpot and place
chicken breasts in the bottom. Mix together the
remaining ingredients and place on top of chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

2 cups of cooked chicken
2 cups of prepared stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. frozen broccoli


Spread stuffing into a 9x13 baking pan.  Combine chicken, soup, sour
cream, broccoli and 1/2 of the cheese.  Pour on top of stuffing. 
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Add remaining cheese and return to oven
when cheese is melted.

Serves 4
