CHICKEN GUMBO

1 small chicken -- boiled & boned
1 TBSP gumbo spice
2 cps okra -- cut up
salt & pepper to taste
1 TBSP gumbo file
rice -- cooked
Place chicken back in the juice it was cooked in. Add gumbo spice, okra &
salt and pepper. In the last 30 min of cooking add gumbo file. Eat over
rice.
