Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

·   1 cooked chicken, stripped from the bone
·   1 can cream of chicken soup
·   1 can cream of celery soup
·   8 ounce jar Cheese Whiz
·   1 cup chicken broth
·   1 cup milk
·   1 pound spaghetti, cooked in broth
·   2 cups cheddar cheese, grated


Combine soups, Cheese Whiz, broth and milk in large microwave safe bowl.  Mix
and heat on high for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.  Stir then add noodles
and chicken.  Mix all together then pour mixture into greased 3-quart
casserole and top with grated cheese.  Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until
set.

Chicken Tetrazzini

·   1 package chicken breasts
·   2 stalks celery
·   1 small whole onion, peeled
·   ¼ cup butter
·   ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
·   ½ cup chopped celery
·   2 cans cream of celery soup
·   8 ounce carton sour cream
·   7 ounce package spaghetti
·   Salt and pepper
·   Parmesan and cheddar cheese


Wash chicken and rub with salt.  Put in large pot and cover with just enough
water to cover breasts.  Add celery stalks and onion.  Boil 45 minutes. 
Remove chicken from bones.  Cook noodles in broth.  Melt butter in skillet.
Add mushrooms and celery.  Cook until tender.  Remove and add chicken.  Let
sit 10 minutes.  Stir in soup and sour cream.  Combine mixture with noodles
and add salt and pepper.  Pour into greased 3-quart casserole.  Sprinkle with
cheese.  Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
