Chocolate Earthquake Cake

1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8 0z.) pkg cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix, plus ingredients on pkg.


Greese 9 x 13 inch pan, sprinkle nuts and coconut on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla. Spread over batter, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or until done using toothpick test.
