Corn Meal Mush

Serving Size: 4
2 3/4 cups water
1 cup cornmeal, degermed
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
In medium saucepan bring 2 3/4 cups water to boil. In a bowl combine
cornmeal with 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon salt. Add to boiling water
slowly stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook covered for 10 to 15
minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with butter, milk, sugar or honey
