Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 4 dozen

       3/4 c Butter (soft)
         1 lb Brown sugar
         3 ea Eggs
         4 c Bisquick
         1 c Chopped nuts
        12 oz Chocolate chips

   Heat oven to 375 degrees.

   Mix well butter, brown sugar and eggs; stir in Bisquick, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop with teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until light brown.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Yield: 3 dozen cookies

1/2     cup    buter, softened
1/4     cup    shortening
3/4     cup    white sugar
4              large eggs
1/4     cup    milk
2       cups   all-purpose flour
1-1/2   cups   semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Beat in
eggs and milk.

Fold in flour and chocolate chips.

Drop dough by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet,
1-1/2 inches apart.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned and
firm to the touch.
