Ham and Swiss Casserole

8 ounces ham cubed
1 cup rice uncooked
2 tablespoons butter
3 egg lightly beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
2 cups Swiss cheese shredded
Prehat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut ham into small cubes, set aside. Cook rice according to package
directions, but omit butter and salt. Remove from heat and gently stir
in butter, then the ham. Combine eggs and milk, mixing with a whisk to
blend. Add to rice mixture along with the cheese. Pour into a 11 x
7-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 45 to 50
minutes or until set. Serves 6.
