I Can't Believe They're Buttermilk Biscuits

Makes 12 Biscuits

3 - 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. PLUS 1 Tsp. baking powder
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! - Stick
1 cup PLUS 1 tbsp. Milk


Preheat oven to 450°
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
With pastry blender or two knives, cut in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
- Stick until mixture is size of fine crumbs. Stir in 1 cup milk until soft
dough forms.
On floured surface, with floured hands, lightly knead dough until smooth.
Press or roll to ¾ inch thick.
With 2 - ½ inch cutter, cut out biscuits and arrange on ungreased cookie
sheet. Re-roll remaining dough to cut more biscuits. Brush biscuits with
remaining 1 Tbsp. milk.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden.
