Pepper Steak

1 pepper steak meat
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. margarine
garlic powder to taste
1/2 cups beef broth
sliced onions to taste
strips green pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup each water/soy sauce
tomatoes cut up to taste
Sprinkle meat with paprika, let set. Brown meat in butter. Add garlic, broth onions/ green pepper. Cook until peppers are tender. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring until clear and thickened, about 3 minutes Add tomatoes. Stir gently. Serve over rice
