Pizza Pleasure Bread--Electric Bread

Yield: ONE POUND LOAF
3/4 c Water
2 c Bread Flour
1 tb Nonfat Dried Milk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Applesauce or butter
1/3 c Chopped pepperoni
1/4 c Shredded mozzerella
2 ts Grated parmesan
1/4 c Canned drained mushrooms
2 tb Onion flakes
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Oregano
1 tsp. fast rise yeast or 2 ts active dry Yeast
Use stick pepperoni and dice into 1/4" chunks. The loaf appearance will be unusual due to the moisture of the cheese. Make with regular and rapid bake cycles.
