RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

15oz box Raisin Bran
2 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
1 quart buttermilk


Mix bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix well.
Store in covered containers in refrigerator 2-3 days before baking.
Prepare muffin tins and spoon mixture 2/3 full.
Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
