Salmon Steaks

Microwave time 8-9 minutes
4 (1/2" thick) Salmon steaks l lb.
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 t. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Optional - Paprika
In paper towel lined 12X8X2" dish, place steaks. Brush with melted butter mixed with lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill if desired. Cover dish with wax paper. Microwave on high 8-9 min. When done, fish will flake easily with fork. Turn fish over onto serving plate. (Paper towel absorbs juices for best appearance of fish). Garnish top of steaks with sprinkling of paprika or parsley & additional melted butter if desired.
