Skillet Shrimp

2 pounds shrimp peeled and cleaned
1/3 cup oil
2 small cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Heat oil in skillet. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add
shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Reduce heat and cook until liquid
is almost absorbed (do not overcook shrimp). Serve hot.
Tip: For added color garnish with chopped parsley or use parsley sprigs.
