Southwest Artichoke Spread

1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarse
1 c. mayonaise
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1-4 oz. can diced green chiles
1 sourdough baguette, heated and sliced


Combine first 2 ingredients, chiles and 1 1/4 c. cheese. Pour into an 8"
square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350F 30-40
minutes. Serve with bread.
