SPICY PORK TENDERLOIN

serves 8


2-3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
2-3 lbs pork tenderloin


Combine the spices and rub over the tenderloins.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, the longer the
better.
Grill over hot coals for 15 minutes each side or
juices run clear and thermometer reads 160°
