Stellar Fruit Kabobs

Yield: 6-8 servings
Select 2 cups of assorted fruits form the following:
1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
1/2 lb. seedless green grapes
1 small Cantaloupe or Honeydew melon, pulp cut into 1-inch cubes
2 pears, peeled, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
4 juice oranges, peeled, sectioned
2 pints fresh strawberries
Marinade:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
4 TBSP Grand Marnier
In glass or plastic bowl, combine all fruits except strawberries.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice and Grand Marnier and pour over fruit.
Refrigerate covered overnight.
To serve, thread assortment of fruit, including strawberries, onto wooden skewers.
Arrange skewers on platter, place in large round of cheese or in a decorated styrofoam base.
