Strawberry Bread
· 3 eggs
· 2 cups sugar
· 1 ½ cup oil
· 2 cups strawberries and juice
· 3 cups flour
· 1 teaspoon soda
· 1 teaspoon salt
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 1 cup chopped nuts
Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar and oil. Mix well. Add strawberries and
dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Add nuts. Mix well after
each addition. Bake in 2 or 3 loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour.
