Stuffed Potatoes

· 2 large baking potatoes
· ¼ cup sour cream
· Parmesan cheese
· 1 tablespoon skim milk
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Garlic powder to taste
· Cheddar cheese, grated
· Paprika for garnish
Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 375º. Let Cool. Combine pulp and next six
ingredients. Mash until light and fluffy. Put in shells. Place on an
ugreased-baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes.
