SWEET AND SOUR RIBS

1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup ReaLime® Lime Juice from Concentrate
1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pounds pork loin back ribs or meaty pork spareribs


For sauce, combine catsup, teriyaki sauce, ReaLime, honey and garlic powder in small bowl. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Brush with some of the sauce.

Arrange medium-hot coals around drip pan in grill with cover. Place ribs on grill rack over pan. Cover and grill 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender and no longer pink, brushing occasionally with sauce during last 30 minutes.

Or, preheat oven to 350º. Place ribs, bone side up, in shallow roasting pan. Bake 1 hour. Drain fat. Turn ribs; brush with some of the sauce. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes longer.

Bring remaining sauce to a boil; cover and boil 2 minute. Serve over ribs.
