Tangy Citrus Cooler

  1                cup  buttermilk
  1                cup  orange juice -- or tangerine juice
     1/2      teaspoon  sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  vanilla extract


In a blender mix buttermilk, juice sugar & vanilla. Whirl until blended.

Variations: use pineapple juice or a juice blend in place of orange juice
            Use 2 cups buttermilk & 1/2 of a can (6 oz) lemonade
concentrate or other concentrate.  Omit sugar
             Add an egg to any combination.
