Tasty Spinach Balls

Yield: 30 - 40 balls     

1  10-oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, patted dry
1 cup fine crumb herb stuffing
2 eggs, beaten
6 TBSP butter, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 TBSP dry onion soup mix

 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and refrigerate until
mixture is cool and firm (about 1 1/2 hours).  Form into teaspoon-size balls. Freeze now or bake 20 minutes.
