TEXAS T-BONES

(serves 4)


4 - 24 to 28 ounce T-Bone or Porterhouse Steaks
For Marinade
1/2 cup minced Cilantro
1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup minced Garlic
1/2 cup minced Red Onion
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Oregano


Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steaks in appropriate sized bowl or in plastic bags and marinate for about two hours. Grill to desired doneness and serve with Spicy Onions and Corn on the Cob.
