Tomato Parmesan Toasts

four 1/2 slices french baquette
1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
1 Roma or plum tomato cored and cut
lengthwise into 4 slices
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Preheat broiler, lightly toast baguette slices on one side under the broiler.  Flip and coat the untoasted side with the margarine.

Place a slice of tomato on each slice, sprinkle
with garlic and parmesan.  Broil until the bread is toasted and the cheese is beginning to melt but not yet browned about 30 seconds.
