Turkey Meatloaf

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 cup quick-cooking dried oatmeal
1 t.Italian seasoning
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. ground pepper
2 T. olive oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl,
combine turkey, egg and whites, onion, oatmeal,
Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and
pepper. Form into a loaf shape.
Place loaf on a rack in a roasting pan; brush loaf
with olive oil. Bake 1 hour and 15 min. Makes 4
servings.
