Welcome to the East Meck Cross Country web page. "The cross country program at East Mecklenburg High School has an outstanding tradition of athletic achievement. In Southwestern 4A Conference history, an East Mecklenburg Cross Country Team has never finished below 3rd place...a distinction no other SW4A team can claim. Since 1974, the first year All-Conference Teams were named in cross country, over 1/3 of the All-Conference recipients have been from East. In addition to the numerous All-Conference recipients, the Eagles have had 14 individual Conference Champions and 13 All-State performers." -McAfee
