Purchase Warranty
This warranty covers unflawed, undamaged products only. For the flawed or damaged product warranty, please see below.
The Purchase Warranty states that you have 10 days from date of invoice in which to examine your cookware and determine whether or not it is what you ordered. This warranty states that what you have received is precisely what we have shown you and described to you on our website. If it is not, or if you believe it not to be, you may request a return authorization via email from The P.B. Helms Company. This warranty states that the merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, including all packaging and instructions. This warranty does NOT cover used products.
Once you have decided to use your product, the Satisfactory Warranty is no longer in effect. Used products are covered by the Factory Lifetime Warranty (see below).
Failure to comply with the specifications of this warranty may result in no satisfaction-warranty coverage.
Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty
Once you receive your cookware, you will have a Factory Lifetime Warranty which covers workmanship, flaws, and damages not associated with freight carriers. The warranty reads as follows:
"This cookware is guaranteed to the original purchaser for his/her lifetime to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. After requesting and receiving a Return Authorization Number, you will be directed to return the defective piece to the manufacturer's address on the label that will be supplied to you. The manufacturer will repair or replace your flawed cookware with the same or an equivalent product and return it to you within 30 days.
Handles and knobs are excluded from the lifetime warranty. Electrical skillets have a 5-year warranty.
Damaged or flawed products are not subject to refunds, but as stated, will be replaced by a new product. Only new, unused, and unflawed products qualify for refunds. A lifetime warranty on the knobs and handles may be obtained by purchasing the cookware at the retail price from an official retail dealer."
NOTE: Warranty replacements must be shipped to a
destination located inside the continental USA only.
