Summary

Halloween II takes place right where Halloween left off. When Michael Myers disappears after Sam Loomis shoots him 6 times the police decide to take over. Laurie Strode is taken to Haddonfield Memorial Hospital where of course Michael Myers follows. Well while at the Hospital Myers kills all of the night staff one by one by slow and grotesque deaths leaving Laurie and the young Jimmy as his last victoms.

Meanwhile Loomis is told to report back to Smith Grove by the Governor and on the way there the nurse who accompanied Loomis in the first movie, Marion Chambers informs him of Laurie's true past. Apparantly Laurie was adopted by the Strodes and her real parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myers were killed. So we learn that Myers wants to kill all his relatives and anyone else that gets in the way. Loomis returns to Haddonfield to finish what he started in the first movie ending with a big explosion. Who survived? Take a wild guess.

My Review

Halloween II is pretty bad but not the worst of the Halloween movies by far. Halloween III wins that title hands down. Well for a sequel I guess it's alright. It is definetly more gory than the first one though. I personally found it boring at some parts, but hey, this is just my opinion. As I said, it's not a bad movie and you will probably like it. Unfortunatly this was the last Halloween movie I saw which is a definite mistake. If you plan to see all the Halloween movies, go in order. Or you will be completly confused, just like I was until I saw this movie. I think it deserves to be acknoledged.
