4. *  State.  The State where you live.

6. *  Your phone number:  Your area code, phone number (and extension if applicable).

7. *  Your email address:  Your complete email address (i.e. babybob@goo.net)

8. The name of the person you are looking for.  Use first, middle and last if known.  If the person had a nickname, include it in Number 12 "Description."

9. The month and year you last saw or had contact with this person.  Try to be as accurate as possible.  You may use seasons if you do not know the month.  If you do not know the exact year, estimate it as closely as possible.  If you were a child at the time, back-calculate the date based on your age now.

10. City, State & Country where you last saw or had contact with this person:   This is the location where your relationship, meeting, contact, etc., occurred, such as, "Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA.

11. What City and State  would you like this listing to appear under?  (Only one listing per State - two State Maximum). This should be where you think the person would most likely check to see if you are looking for them.  For example, if the contact happened during a beach trip to Hawaii, the most likely place the person would look for a listing would be Hawaii regardless of what State you or they were from.  If that person is from Yonkers, New York and you are from Seattle, Washington, they would probably look for you in the Seattle, Washington listings rather than in their own city and state.  If you are looking for a person that is probably not looking for you, it would probably be best to also post the listing in the city and state where you think they are now in hopes someone else will recognize them.  Please limit the listing to one per State.  A search will find the individual anywhere on this site.

12. Name you want posted on the site for yourself.   This is a name that will appear in the body of the posting.  If you do not want a name (for yourself) listed in the posting put "none."

13. Description:  A short description of an event or events in the relationship that the person you are seeking will recognize.  Be specific. "I was wearing a blue shirt" won't help you much.  "I sat beside you on the flight from LA to Chicago on Monday, June 4, 1984.  We talked about you and your dream of moving to a horse ranch." will be far easier for the other person to recognize.  Any inappropriate language, descriptions or comments will result in rejection of the entry.  (See our Terms of Service)
