Crystal Tokyo Poems

Yet.....

By:Charles Tomlin

Your eyes unfold unto me, a world filled with pain;

Yet that is the world, for you I would have slain.

You are a masterpiece, that only God could have made;

Yet when I reach for your love, it fades.

Maybe your an illusion created out of my lust;

Yet I give you my faith, my love, my trust.

To hold your hand, I would give my life;

Yet it is better than to live in this misery and striffe.

I wish I could know your every disire and thought;

Yet my deepest desire is where you trought.

Maybe our lives are nothing more than dreams;

Yet, mine like a nightmare, it definately seems.

Far and wide is the space between each other;

Yet I must carry on in life, and go further.

Poem #2 By:Me!!!

A drop of hatred, or shall it be blood?;

To spill from my love sick heart like a flood.

As if there were any pity for me;

Deeper and Deeper hidden secrets I see.

An ounce of hope, to escape do I have the chance?;

Stabbing through my heart, is the devil's lance.

Can I last having felt this pain?;

Is it just better to blossom the wolf's bane?

For even if I stare into the night;

My tormenter is loathed as my pain is it's delight.

The Fire Inside By: (who else?)

Roaring fire doth a heart carry best;

Guarding my heart and protecting it no less.

Seeing it as no words can tell;

The roaring fired must be a spell.

It beckins and howls to keep no one near;

Keeping me cold and lonely I fear.
