~Professor Suichi Tomoe was working on an experiment at his laboratory oneday with his young daughter Hotaru. There was an explosion wich killed everyone in the lab except the Professor and Hotaru. Tomoe offered his life to Pharoh 90 wich appeared before him if he could save Hotaru's life. With that gesture, Tomoe has been possesed with a demon and Hotaru, Misstress 9. He is in charge of the Death Busters and ordered the Witch's 5 to help him in his plan to get the Holy Grail. He used Mugen High School as his base of operations with secret corriders linked to his mansion. Sailor Neptune and Uranus defeated the demon and Sailormoon helped get Tomoe back to his normal self.
