BOARD MEETING MINUTES 

June 3, 2002

Meeting was called to order at 6:35m by Jerry Bridges, President. Members in attendance were Jerry Bridges, Vicki Watson, Dee Sanders, Danelle Koonce, Tracy Watkins, Cathy Sanders, Susan Decker and  Cyndi Ward. Coaches in attendance were Gene Mercer, John Norris, Jim Drake, Bill Ward, Eddie Riggs and Teresa Warren.  Since the Secretary was not present, the reading of the minutes was waived.   The treasury report was handed out and approved.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Cyndi requested the profit from last year's raffle tickets to compare to this years.
• Play off games for the 12U league will be played on June 8 @10:30
• Play off games for the 14U league will be decided based on the last three games
• Cyndi brought up the idea of fall ball.  An idea is to charge $15 for new players and $0 for existing players.  Teams from the summer can stay together.  No umpires.  Try a raffle.  Use trailer for concession.  To be voted on next board meeting.
• The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, July 16th at 6:30pm in the Trent Woods Town Hall.
• There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35pm.
