What we seem to have here is a beginner. Looks like he has started to explore our page and is getting the hang of things. He has already done a sticker upgrade, and a dual mini-can exhaust. Rims are on, yet he has not yet mastered the skills needed to make them outside the wheelwells. He's got the performance vanity plate thing down pretty well though.
