Home Life

Home. Is there anything better? Where can you feel most comfortable? Home. Where's all your "stuff"? Home. Where is your heart? Home.

My nice and comfy bed
This is my bed! Doesn't it look comfortable? It certainly feels
comfortable! I'm a self-proclaimed night owl, and my bed is
sometimes a welcomed friend. Especially after a long, busy day.

Food!!!

And, of course, one of the best parts of home is the food! To the left was one awesome dinner! (Believe me, it looked a lot better in person.)

In the Age of Communication and Technology, it's nice to see mail in the mailbox. I even have a penpal! My cousin Laura, who lives in another state, and I still send each other "snail mail".

Snail mail

Sheba Here's my kitty! Her name is Sheba. Although my parents have threatened to give her away when I forget to feed her or clean the litter box, I am sure they love her like I do. I'm sure of it... way deep down inside... maybe.

And the beautiful family! Some people really despise their families. I have never understood that. They must need God.
From the top, left to right: Me, my stepmom- Jackie, my sister- Eleesha, the dog- Sozo, my dad- Ray, my stepsister- Kyndal.
I also have three older stepbrothers that don't live with us: Keith, Cody, and Craig. It's weird, because when I was younger, I always wanted an older brother. But that would be somewhat difficult considering I was the oldest child! Then Daddy got remarried, and now I've got three older brothers!

Daddy and me at my 16th birthday party This is my daddy again. He's been a good daddy, a cool one even. We've been through a lot together, and he's always been there for me. He's always worked hard to support his family, and he brought me up right.

I took a picture of Daddy in the car because he drives me around a lot; to and from church, sometimes home from school. He often works late, so those are the only times I really get to see him. So that's when we talk. Sometimes we goof off, sometimes we talk about serious things, sometimes we talk about the past, sometimes we talk about the future. Whatever it is, those times are precious to me.
