We pulled into a road full of massive houses. I was really impressed with the design of each house. The area must be filled with rich people, I said to myself.
"That’s her house," mom pointed from above her map. "That one over there," mom pointed to a huge mansion, which was surrounded by walls.
"Hello?" a small voice came from the silver box.
"It us, the Lundins," dad said into it.
"Oh, you're here! Come in!" The voice in the box cried.
The large gates slowly opened and we drove in. There were three cars parked outside the house. A black sports car, a space van and a small red car. We parked up and rang the door bell. Wow, what a cool house to stay in.
A familiar girl, aged around Judy, opened the door. She had long brown hair and wore blue dangorees and wore no shoes.
"Hey, guys. I'm Angel and I'm twin," she told us with her strong American accent.
I was shocked. Not only she looked familiar, but her description.. Nah, maybe it's just a coincidence, I told myself.
Dad introduced us. "Hello, Angel. This is my wife, Janice, and my three kids, Judy, Tim and Sarah."
"ANGEL!" a lady's voice yelled from inside. "YOU HAVEN'T LEFT THEM ON THE DOORSTEP, HAVE YOU? COME DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" A lady come to the door.
Again, I was shocked. She had blonde, slightly curled hair which was short. And her face... Sarah! Stop hallucinating! I told to straighten up myself.
"Janice, is that you?" the woman cried when she saw my mom.
She held the door as we stepped in. I'm telling you, it has got to be the biggest house I've ever seen. She leads us to the study and then the kitchen until we were outside.
"Everyone," she called to the group around a barbecue stove near a huge swimming pool. "This is Ken, Janice and their kids, Sarah and Tim," she introduced us.
A tall blonde person turned around and started to walk over to us. I couldn't see his face since the lights around shone very brightly but I could see a blonde girl walked beside him. When he reached us, I nearly died. And so did Tim.
"Ohmigod," Tim mouthed to me. His eyes were wide, his mouth hanging open.
His sister pushed passed me and Nick and held her hand out to Tim. "I'm Bobbie Jean - but called me BJ," the girl said.
"So what are you doing home? I thought you'd be on tour or something," I told Nick. Dumb thing to say, but hey, what else should I say when I met my dream guy?
"So you know what I do then?" he asked me.
I turned to see what Tim was up to. He was in a deep conversation with BJ at the BBQ stove, still holding hands.
How many girls would DIE to have NICK CARTER whisper in their ear?
"So, wanna meet my bro?" Nick asked me.
He took my hands and leads me inside the house. I felt like heaven. We walked through the kitchen and into their huge lounge. Aaron was sitting on the sofa, sulking. He was watching South Park. Nick kicked the bottom of Aaron's shoe.
"Aaron, this is Sarah," he introduced me to Aaron.
Aaron turned back and kicked Nick in the leg. Then he ran off.
"COME BACK HERE AARON!!!" Nick shouted, chasing after him.
I sat down on the huge sofa and watched South Park while waiting for Nick to come back. He did after a few minutes, carrying a Ninja Turtle in his hands.
"Who's that?" I asked Nick.
I burst out laughing, remembering my conversation I had about Aaron and his Ninja Turtles with Tim. Nick gave me a weird look.
"What's so funny?" he asked, confused.
He threw the turtle on the floor and stamped on it, sending the turtle's head and legs flying.
"What did you do that for?" I asked him, astonished that he would do something like that.
I bent down, helping Nick picking up the turtle's head and one of its leg. I held them out for Nick, at the same time telling him there was no need to break Aaron's toy.
"It's the only way he'll learn," Nick said, sounding more like a parent than an 18-year-old.
I smiled and walked out. As I walked through the kitchen, I heard a small, whimpering noise coming from under the dinner table. I looked under and found Aaron, sobbing his heart out. I climbed under and sat beside him.
"I didn't mean to make Nick mad," Aaron said, wiping his tears which were rolling down his cheeks.
"Sarah, are you under there?" I heard Nick's voice called from behind me.
I climbed out and turned to face Nick. I blushed to think how stupid I must have looked.
"I was getting Aaron out," I told him.
"Here it is," he said.
He pushed open the door with a sign saying "NICK'S ROOM." Underneath it had another sign saying "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK."
I walked into a small green bedrom which had two single beds an a floor covered with clothes and magazines. A drum set was in the corner. Nick started picking up clothes and throwing them onto a bed.
"Sorry about the mess," he said, still picking the clothes.
He threw clothes back to the floor and sat on the bed with the least clothes. "Come and sit here," he beckoned.
He pulled out his mobile phone and started dialing. I thought to myself - not only I had meet and HANG OUT with Nick, I was going to meet Brian and AJ as well.
Nick flipped his mobile phone shut and looked at me. "Sorry, he's not it. Maybe next time," Nick said as he puts down the receiver.
"That must be Brian! He's early!" Nick screamed with delight. He threw himself down the stair and flung the door open.
"You're a twin?" Judy asked, fascinated.
"Sure!" Judy beamed.
They both smiled and ran upstairs.
"I guess it's just me," my mom told her.
"Janice!" they flung their arms around each other.
"I've missed you so much!" my mom gushed.
"Me too!" she let go of mom and smiled at the rest of us. "You must be Tim, Sarah and... oh, Mr. Lundin - Ken Lundin, right?" she shook our hands.
"Yes, ma'am," Tim said as if it was a joke.
The woman laughed. "Sorry to leave all of you on the doorstep. Come in, come in," she offered.
The boy held his hand to me. "I'm Nick," he said.
I held out my trembling hand and gently shook his hand. "I'm.. Sarah," I managed to mutter.
Tim beamed. "Tim," he said, helding out his hand.
They shook hands, their eyes locked. I noticed I was still holding Nick's hands and gently let go.
I nodded. "I really like your music," I told him, smiling.
He slightly blushes. "Thanks."
"Looks like your brother likes BJ," Nick whispered in my ear.
"Uh, you mean, Aaron?" I suddenly said.
He laughed. I blushed. "Yeah, Aaron," he said.
"Sure, why not," I replied.
I smiled to myself as I thought how jealous my friend would be to see me now. Aaron looked up to me, still not smiling.
"So?" he asked.
Nick dropped my hands and pulled Aaron of the sofa. "Aaron, behave! Now you say sorry to Sarah!" Nick ordered.
"No, no. It's okay," I told Nick.
"Sorry, Sarah," Aaron mumbled.
"It's really okay. You don't hafta apologize," I said to Aaron.
"Sorry, Sarah," Nick said it this time. His face was bright red.
"That's okay. What's up Aaron?" I asked him.
"Oh, this is Aaron's?," Nick answered.
"Nothing... Well, it's a long story anyway," I said, smiling. "Let's go outside."
Nick pulled me back. "After I do this," he said with a mischievious smile.
"He was rude to you," he explained, looking hard at me.
"I told you it was okay," I said to Nick.
"It was NOT okay," he told me.
"So, are we going out?" I asked.
Nick nodded and threw the turtle's body parts on the sofa. "You go first. I just remembered I should ring someone. You go and I'll see you there, okay?" he said.
I put my arm around him. "Don't worry about it. He was a bit.... bad-tempered I guess. Let's go outside, okay?" I offered.
He looked up and smiled. "That's okay. I'm off to play with Judy and Angel," he said and ran off upstairs.
"Of course you were," he said. "Wanna see my room?" he offered.
I felt my face went hot. "Um, okay," I agreed. I took his hands and he leads me upstairs.
I laughed. "Don't worry about it. Back home my bedroom floor was worse. But still, it was a BSB shrine and it makes it special!" I cracked.
Nick laughed and threw me a shirt. "Ugh! It stinks!" I squealed and threw it back to Nick.
I climbed over the mess and sat down next to him.
"You know what? I just rung B-Rok. He's coming over," Nick told me.
I beamed. "B-Rok as in Brian Littrell?" I asked, confusedly.
"The one and only! I wanted him to meet you," Nick explained.
"How come he isn't back home?" I asked Nick again.
"Oh, he lives here with AJ," Nick replied.
"Is AJ coming as well?" I asked.
"No. Why? Do you want him to come over?" Nick asked me.
"I wouldn't mind meeting him," i said, blushing.
Nick jumped. "I'll ring him then."
"Yeah, maybe," I said in dissapointment.
"Hey, don't worry. You'll meet him -" he was cut off by the sound of the door bell.
