SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth)

Listed below are just a few examples of how nutrient deficiencies contribute to chronic disease.

Nutrient deficiencies are not only a cause of chronic health conditions, but they can also be an effect. Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), dysbiosis, and gastritis impair nutrient absorption in the gastrointestinal tract and increase nutrient needs. Chronic inflammation increases the degradation of and need for vitamin B6 and reduces the body’s production of vitamin D from UVB light exposure. Exposure to environmental toxins such as heavy metals increases the need for essential minerals and nutrients involved in methylation. These factors make nutrient density even more crucial.

Nutrient synergy refers to how nutrients, enzymes, and other cofactors work together to create greater health effects. Examples of nutrient synergy are found in the family of fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, and K2), which must be balanced to promote optimal health.

Amino Acid = On the scale, animal proteins have much higher scores than plant proteins; casein, egg, milk, whey, and chicken have scores of 1, indicating excellent amino acid profiles and high absorption, with turkey, fish, and beef close behind.

Chamomile TEA has a calming effect on the nervous system

 Tinnitus - I no longer have it! | TalkBass.com

I've been drinking two cups of chamomile tea every day for about 2 1/2 weeks now. Was about to give it up but.......today I noticed a couple of times when there was no tinnitus! Not only that but when it came back the noise level was much lower, like it's muted, less intense. No one is more surprised than me. Wasn't really expecting it to work at all.

 Alternative Treatments

Though no alternative therapies or vitamin supplements have proved to be beneficial for tinnitus; but some people take herbal remedies including ginkgo Biloba or minerals including magnesium or zinc with variable results. Other persons have obtained relief with magnets, hypnosis or acupuncture.

You see, traditionally,

Vertigo is caused by three major factors:

1.                    Pressure on the inner ear (water buildup, in the case of Ménière’s disease, and infection with vestibular neuritis).

2.                    Lack of blood flow to the brain. Low blood pressure is often blamed for this. But bad blood circulation is a more common cause. This is what often leads to stroke.

3.                    Miscommunication between the balance system in the ears and eyes. The ears tell you to move in a certain way, and the eyes in another way. That’s why people sometimes fall down when they close their eyes

4.   Taking Various Medication....  Blood Thinner Aspirin...

What Are These Miracle Ingredients?

Kyoko’s the secret recipe consisted of a handful of foods, but according to Todd Carson there were three in particular that stood out to him and really have tinnitus treating properties. These three foods include…

The Ingredients Are NOTHING SPECIAL

He talks about how Quercetin (found in “imo”), Cobalamin (found in “kumbo”) and Lecithin (found in “natto”), or the three main ingredients that are going to help your body repair your myelin sheath and eliminate tinnitus. But what he doesn’t tell you is that all three of these ingredients are nothing special by any means and are found in many other foods, which you are probably already eating.

Quercetin is found in green leafy vegetables, broccoli, red onions, apples, grapes, and a variety of other foods. Cobalamin is found in meat, fish, eggs, milk and a few others.

And Lecithin is found in eggs, seafood, red meat, legumes and more.  Are you eating any of these foods mentioned? I bet you already are and guess what… You still have tinnitus unfortunately. It is unfortunate, but for most people out there this protocol of smoothies that contain these special ingredients really aren’t going to do anything for them when it comes to their tinnitus.

Foods to avoid! = https://www.hiddenhearing.co.uk/blog/2018/foods-that-can-help-relieve-tinnitus

We’ll start with the foods that are best to avoid when it comes to Tinnitus. Salt, or sodium as it is commonly known as on food package labels nowadays, is thought to be key food to avoid if you’re experiencing this condition. Salt is related to a higher blood pressure level which can affect the blood flow to your ears.

As well as salt, alcohol and smoking are also associated with high blood pressure and the exacerbation of Tinnitus. Having your blood pressure under control can contribute to the relieving of the symptoms.

In a previous blog, we mentioned that, according to a study by Deaf Research UK, caffeine is not related to Tinnitus in anyway. However, it is recommended that the amount of caffeine consumed is reduced, particularly before you go to bed. Tinnitus is often a cause of sleep problems and having the extra caffeine in your system won’t help matters! Swapping your coffee for a decaffeinated beverage is a great first step in getting a better night’s sleep – and can help the symptoms of Tinnitus to settle.

Foods to eat!

Just because many things are associated with Tinnitus doesn’t mean there are not foods we can still enjoy! One food to eat if you’re suffering from Tinnitus is pineapple. Not only is this Brazilian fruit delicious, but also helps blood circulation in the body. The high potassium level in pineapples help lower blood pressure, allowing your whole body to get the circulation and supply that it needs to stay healthy. Other fruits with high potassium levels are bananas, papayas, mangos and pears! It is important to note that consuming too much potassium can lead to health problems and so following the daily recommended allowance is always advised.

Vampires might hate it but it’s certainly good for your Tinnitus, garlic! In recent studies, garlic has been seen to prevent hearing loss and aid the symptoms surrounding Tinnitus, making it a valuable addition to your meal plan if you haven’t done so already! Whether you’d rather use odourless garlic supplements or add a few cloves to your cooking, garlic can help increase blood circulation and reduce inflammation in the body. This allows the blood supply in your body to get to everywhere it’s needed without high blood pressure or inflammation stopping it – a big bonus in helping relieve Tinnitus.

Zinc supplements are another suggestion if you’re suffering from Tinnitus and have a zinc deficiency. Studies have shown that a zinc deficiency can, not only, have an effect of your overall health but also on your hearing, particularly when relating to Tinnitus. Having zinc supplements or introducing foods with high zinc levels to your diet is a great way to help your deficiency and sets you in the right direction for relieving Tinnitus. Foods that have a high level of zinc are; seafood (cooked oysters is a great example), beef and lamb (lean is always better!) and spinach (which also has a high level of iron – another vitamin which is a must have when looking at foods that can relieve Tinnitus.
