Nadu
Nadu is the Gorean word for "kneel".
In this position the slave kneels,
sits upon their heels with their back and shoulders straight,
chest out, belly in and their head up, though their eyes are downcast.
Thighs are widely spread, hands resting upon thighs, palms upward.
