When I met Kathy, she had me
believing she was a widow of a Correctional Officer. She never told me about the marriage to Jessie Boone Wilson. So I was led to believe she had only been
married twice based on her and her sister Billie Ruth Wilson. At that time I was a Correctional Officer at
Stringtown Prison and was living with a man named Moss Kiersey. I had introduced him to them as my
uncle. Kathy was still living at 902
Andrew Arnote in Antlers, Oklahoma since it was paid for by the blood of Henry
C. Cole 3rd.
During the dating process I
had introduced Kathy to David Webster of Atoka, Oklahoma. Kathy proceeded to tell him she was a widow
of a Correctional Officer from Macleod Prison named Henry C. Cole 3rd and how
he drove his motorcycle into the back end of a parked car where some teenagers
were having a drunk party. Unknown to
me and Kathy, David Webster had been dating a Barbara Price at the time of the
death of Henry C. Cole 3rd, and knew the Highway Patrolman who took the
report. He told us both there was a lot
wrong with that story as he had a lot more knowledge of it. He then contacted Mack Alford, Warden at
Stringtown Prison and related what he knew and was afraid for me. Mack Alford assured David Webster everything
was alright.
A week later David Webster
had disappeared and later found dead, lying in a fetal position on his bed by
Moss Kiersey. The death was ruled as a
heart attack. Moss then told me Billie
was fired from working with the elderly as they had falsely accused her of
stealing digitalis from the medicine cart at the nursing home where she used to
work. By that time, believing Moss
Kiersey was my Uncle, Billie was dating him.
David Webster was the step-brother to Carl Dexter Jones, also of Atoka,
Oklahoma who is married to my aunt Roxanna C. Jones.
Kathy attempted her best to
talk me into obtaining Credit Life Insurance on my motorcycle and whole life
Insurance. I refused as I already had
double indemnity life insurance from the State Employees Life Insurance and
also had SGLI insurance for being a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
Finally on November 1, 1985
after getting off from working the graveyard shift, I had filled up both
motorcycle and my Dodge Mirada with gasoline. Also opened up a joint checking
account with Kathy at Farmers Exchange Bank with my National Guard pay and
prison pay. She insisted on Farmers
Exchange Bank claiming the other had faulty record keeping. Before retiring Kathy called the prison
where I worked and wanted to know if the effective date of change on the life
insurance policy naming her as beneficiary has come into effect. They had assured her it was.
That night as I prepared to go to work,
I attempted to start my motorcycle and it was empty of gas. I then went to my Dodge Mirada and found it
was also empty of gasoline. I was
pretty upset as I had filled them both that morning. There was no gas stations open that late at night. I went into the house and demanded to know
what had happened to my gas in both.
Kathy quickly tossed me the keys to her car, saying she did not know and
had to make an emergency phone call and did not have time to talk. Not suspecting, and wondering what the
emergency was all about, I took her car and attempted to head to work. Instead I wind up nearly killed from a near
head on collision with a pickup truck.

Unlike Henry C. Cole 3rd,
this driver left the scene of the accident in a hurry. A barber from Atoka happened to spotted the
car sitting at the bottom of Cold Springs Creek Bridge and rushed me to the
hospital. After getting out of the
hospital the following week, I learned Farmers Exchange Bank had closed the
joint checking account and bounced my checks.
I called the bank and demanded the reason from the Vice President. He
informed me that he had talked to his attorney, had the right to close the
account and place the proceeds against the debts owed by Kathy in her 3rd
marriage. I was stunned and demanded to
know what he was talking about as I was the third marriage and did not owe them
a thing. He told me he was not allowed
to divulge that information and would have to obtain it from Kathy. When I confronted Kathy about it, she
admitted to being married to a Jessie Boone Wilson but did not count it as a
marriage because it did not quite last two months. If I had died on that particular accident Kathy would have been
debt free.
|
|
Thus the insurance from the
Oklahoma Department of Corrections would have made her debt free. Also the accident had happened on November
1, 1985 and the effective date of change of insurance policy naming Kathy as
beneficiary was also on November 1, 1985.

|
So here we have a case of
where Kathy was married to two different Correctional Officers who were in car
accidents, one who died in one and where I was supposed to have died.
|
|
|
|
We were both Correctional
Officers.

The following year, I
received some sort of poisoning where I was rushed to the hospital in Coalgate,
Oklahoma where they poured charcoal down my stomach in hopes to neutralize the
poison. By then Mack Alford, warden at
Stringtown Prison was very suspicious and remembering the words given by David
Webster, called Kathy in for questioning, and obtained records on Henry C. Cole
3rd. A few days after the meeting with
Kathy, Mack Alford was found dead in his office where he was slumped over his
desk. As with the case of David Webster,
it was ruled as a heart attack.
During the marriage I was
informed by Kathy's younger son Henry C. Cole 4th about sexual incest going on
between Kathy's oldest son Vernon Alfred Cole with his younger sister Crystal
Marie Cole. I had quickly remembered
how Kathy's mother accused Mrs. Harbuck (the foster parent of the three
children during the Wilson affair) was a liar as she claimed of sex going on
between the same two children. I
immediately have Vernon Alfred Cole removed from the home and placed in the
Baptist Children's Home in Georgia.
Kathy was more upset about
losing that portion of the Social Security benefits she was receiving on all
three children from the death of Henry C. Cole 3rd. Eventually Georgia Department of Human Services helped Kathy to
get all three children and skip to Oklahoma as fast as possible where she would
again be under the jurisdiction of Lowell R. Burgess Jr.
I attempted to go after
records on Kathy's past as I had paid three various attorneys to go after them
and all three took my money and flat refused to send off for them. I got them myself as I was very suspicious
about everything. I divorced Kathy in
Columbus, Georgia and had finally tracked her down back in Antlers,
Oklahoma. By then child custody had to
be heard in Oklahoma due to the welfare assistance for Kathy against me, even
to the point of calling me a liar in Columbus, Georgia, claiming Henry C. Cole
3rd was alive and well and not dead, and even ripped up the copy of his death
certificate I had and demanded to know where was my proof then.
After finding the name of Lowell R. Burgess Jr., on every court document involving Kathy and her sister, I demanded a change of venue for the hearing to be heard by a different Judge. I was denied the right to an attorney and change of Venue by Lowell R. Burgess Jr. and he presided over the child custody hearing as the judge, me acting as my own defense attorney, and Kathy being represented by a fully professional trained attorney from legal aid.
|
I had subpoenaed Mrs.
Harbuck, and several others before arriving to Oklahoma to face this court and
sent the last subpoena to Henry C. Cole Jr., at the day I arrived to Oklahoma
and sent the green cards from the Post Office where they had to sign for
it. Lowell R. Burgess Jr., called all
those witnesses with the exception of Henry C. Cole Jr., and told them not to
appear in court.
Even though Kathy was represented by a professionally trained and licensed attorney Shelly Cundiff, Burgess acted as Kathy's defense attorney in cross-examin of Henry C. Cole Jr., by brining up the Virginia case where they framed him there, and nearly threatening him on the stand.

So one has to ask, if a
person is going to have a fair and impartial hearing, then what Judge would act
as Kathy's co-counsel while at the same time being Judge unless he was also
partnered up with Kathy and her sister in the murder of Henry C. Cole 3rd, the
attempted murder on me?????
I soon learned that during the hearing, Kathy's son Vernon Alfred Cole had been caught again after returning to Antlers, Oklahoma of Sexually molesting Kathy's daughter Crystal Marie Cole. There was a court hearing in which Lowell R. Burgess Jr., again presided over, and to protect his son, he referred him to psychiatric treatment instead of a correctional facility. I did not want him around my two daughters.
|
Lowell R. Burgess Jr., then
warned Kathy twice that she was not to have her son around my daughters and
that there was to be no contact between my daughters and her son Vernon Alfred
Cole.
|
|
Immediately following the
close of the court hearing, Kathy came up to me and stated what a fool I was as
Lowell Burgess Jr., was not about to do anything that would harm his son's
future. That was when I learned that he
was the biological father of Vernon Alfred Cole, her oldest son.
After the court hearing,
Moss Kiersey, who was Billie's present husband wound up becoming a patient at
the memorial hospital in Antler's, Oklahoma with some type of heart problem. This was after Moss Kiersey turned over
phone records to Henry C. Cole Jr., on telephone calls made by Lowell R.
Burgess Jr., to the state of Georgia in order to influence a case there. At the same time frame the nephew of Henry
C. Cole Jr., went to his house trailer, found his Navy Retirement check lying
on the table, his car parked in lot, and his pets unfed. He had disappeared. The Nephew was told that all the medical schools
in the country made a mistake, that Alzheimers happens suddenly and overnight. Not a gradual onset as taught by the medical
schools. Therefore Henry C. Cole Jr.,
supposedly developed Alzheimer's overnight and wandered off. He has not been
heard from to this day.
A few days later Moss
Kiersey died at the Memorial Hospital in Antlers, Oklahoma. The nurse found something on the floor and
compared it to the pictures in the Physicians Desk Reference and discovered it
was Digoxin. The nurse said the it was
not part of medicine regime ordered for Moss Kiersey. When she saw Billie she questioned her about it. Billie claimed it belonged to her mother and
she must have dropped it when she visited Moss the day before.
