Chapter Sixteen -- Reality TV
~ LA Central Park -- 8:00 pm -- a month later ~
We were gonna shoot the part in the tv series where Lori thought she didn't deserves Nick, but Nick didn't mind.
"Lori... shooting begins in 10 minutes." the director said.
"Okay..." As I walked out from my dressing bus, I saw my friends coming over. "OH my god... you guys are here! Thanks for coming guys..." I said.
"Hey... we are the one who wanna see the set and the shooting stuff..." one of my best friends Melissa said.
"I haven't see you guys for such a long time... how have u guys been?" I asked.
"Good, u?"
"I'm okay... just the whole manager/relationship thing is bugging me..." I said.
"Excuse me... sorry guys... Lori, gotta start shooting..."
"I gotta go over to the set..." I said.
"Cool... we'll watch you." My friends said.
I stood in the set, Nick came over, and they started the pouring ring as the scene was taken place on a raining night. Both Nick and I were all soaked.
<Nick... I don't love you anymore.>
<You're lying! Why are you still wearing the ring? And why did you take the bullet for me? I don't think that's what you mean by you don't love me anymore!>
<Nick... I love you... I love you.> I broke down into tears and we kissed passionately.
"Cut! It's a rap for Nick and Lori." The director shouted. "That's all for today... thanks guys!"
I took a towel and dried myself up. I told my friends to wait so I could go change. After that, all of us went back to the hotel I was staying in. They all came into my room and we had fun.
"Lucky Lori... gotta kiss Nick... man... I'm jealous!" My friend Melissa joked. "Lori, by the way, where are the other Backstreet Boys?"
"They'll be back soon. I'll introduce you guys later."
Then, we heard someone coming into the room.
"I'm back!" Nick said. "Oh... you guys must be Lori's friends. Hi..." Nick put down his stuff on the bed, then shaked hands with them "Nick Carter, nice to meet you guys... anyways, Lori, I gotta go have a short meeting with the guys, I'll be back, k? See ya all later!"
My friends looked at me suspiciously, but none of them asked anything.
"So... Lori, where exactly are you living now... I heard you moved out from the condo..." My friend Wendy asked.
"I'm living in Marathon, Florida..."
"Hey... I've heard of that... it's a cool place... wow... Lori, you must live alone in a big house..." Melissa said.
"Nope..." Nick came in and answered for me.
"Nick? I thought you have a meeting with the guys..." I said.
"I left some stuff here... oops!" He said.
"I don't get it... we're missing something..." Melissa said.
Nick nodded his head, he don't mind telling my friends about our relationship.
"Lori moved in with me..." Nick finally said.
"I see..." Wendy said.
After Nick left for the meeting, I told my friends the whole story.
"Good luck Lori." Wendy said.
"Thanks... here you guys, tickets and backstage passes for the Oakland show two months later..."
