This Page Is Dedicated To My " Mom's ".

One I Lost In 1972, Who Was Not Only

My Mom, But My Best Friend . .

And The Other Is My Mom In England

Who Thru Her Love And Acceptance

Has Earned Her The Right To Be Called "Mom"

. . . I Love You Margaret . . .

She's been there. God knows, she's been there. She has seen and done it all. She's a woman. She knows how to dish it out or take it all. Her heart's as soft as feathers, still she weathers stormy skies. And she's a sparrow when she's broken, but she's an eagle when she flies.

A kaleidoscope of colors, you can toss her around and round. You can keep her in your vision, but you'll never keep her down. She's a lover, she's a mother, she's a friend, and she's a wife. And she's a sparrow when she's broken, but she's an eagle when she flies.

Gentle as the sweet magnolia, strong as steel, her faith and pride. She's an everlasting shoulder, she's the leaning post of life. She hurts deep and when she weeps, she's just as fragile as a child. And she's a sparrow when she's broken, but she's an eagle when she flies.

She's a sparrow when she's broken, but she's an eagle when she flies. Oh, bless her Lord. She's an eagle when she flies.

Mother's Day is Remembrance Day

And we pause on The Path of the Year

To pay honor and worshipful tribute

To the Mother our heart holds dear.

For, whether here or in heaven,

Her love is our haven and guide,

For always the memory of Mother

Is a beacon light shining inside...

Time cannot destroy her memory

And years can never erase

The tenderness and the beauty

Of the love in a Mother's face...

And, when we think of our Mother,

We draw nearer to God above,

For only God in His Greatness

Could fashion a Mother's Love.

Once upon a time there was a child ready to be

born.

The child asked God, "They tell me you are

sending me to

earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live

there being so

small and helpless?" God replied,

"Among the angels,

I'll choose one for you. Your angel will

be waiting for you

and will take care of you."

The child further inquired, "But tell me,

here in heaven

I don't have to do anything but sing and

smile to be happy."

God said, "Your angel will sing for you

and will also smile

for you every day. And you will feel

your angel's love and be very happy."

Again the child asked, "And how am I going

to be able to

understand when people talk to me if

I don't know the language?"

God said, "Your angel will tell you

the most beautiful and

sweet words you will ever hear, and

with much patience and

care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

"And what am I going to do when I want

to talk to you?"

God said, "Your angel will place

your hands together and

will teach you how to pray."

"I've heard that on Earth there are bad people.

Who will protect me?"

God said, "Your angel will defend

you even if it means risking its life."

"But I will always be sad because

I will not see you anymore."

God said, "Your angel will always talk

to you about me and

will teach you the way to come back to me,

even though I

will always be next to you."

At that moment there was much peace in

heaven, but voices

from Earth could be heard and the

child hurriedly asked,

"God, if I am to leave now, please tell me

my angel's name."

Her name is not important.

You will simply call her

. . . . . . " Mom " . . . . . .

Your mother is always with you..

She's the whisper of the leaves as you walk down

the street.

She's the smell of bleach in your freshly

laundered socks.

She's the cool hand on your brow when you're

not well.

Your mother lives inside your laughter.

She's crystallized in every tear drop.

She's the place you came from, your first home...

She's the map you follow with every step

that you take.

She's your first love and your first heart break...

And nothing on earth can separate you.

Not time, Not space...Not even death...

Will ever separate you from your mother...

You carry her inside of you..
