I started this company with a little bitty pressure washer from Wal-mart.
My intention was to make some extra money so that my wife would not have to work and she could stay home with the baby. I was a huge success because I discovered that in the pressure wash business there is a huge mark up on the labor. I was washing houses and mobile homes at half the price of the other guys. I still wash them at half the price of my competiters and I have a staff of three now, thats including myself of course. We have grown because of our willingness not to be greedy and the quality of our work is by far better than some of our competiters.
It's no longer my goal to just earn extra money, but now after hearing of people getting charged time and time again $100-180 just to get a mobile home washed, my goal now is to continue earning a good living and keep on charging $50.00 to wash a mobile home.
