Amendment I - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II - Right to bear arms. Ratified 12/15/1791. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

1st and 2nd Ammendments to the Constitution of the United States have the same wording ("the right of the people"), yet, liberals (VPC) contend that the 1st Ammendment is an individual right and the 2nd Ammendment is a collective right (meaning militia), which is it? And what type of interpretation would be made of the 4th Ammendment? Individual or Collective? You be the judge.

Amendment IV - Search and seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
