This is a musical note which is on the top of his back on the right.
The tattoo on the top of his right arm is a sun with the Japanese symbol for agility inside it.

Down the middle of his spine is his nickname KAOS.

From what I can see this is a tattoo of a face or a moon.
This is is a tribal sign.
These footprints are in reference to his heritage since his Grandmother is part Blackfoot Indian.
This is Nick's new tattoo. This is what he has to say abou it - " the most recent one that I got was...like I got this
really..cuz I had my shark and my two uh japaneese symbols & I got
this whole uh collage thing done on my whole intire arm so it like
really hurt".
