The Rowdyruff Boys were created by Mojo Jojo from armpit hair, snails, the talking dog's tail, and a dash of Chemical X. The Boys defeated the Girls in an aerial battle, but the tears of Townsville's citizens were enough to revive Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, leaving them free to defeat the Rowdyruffs once and for all.
