Subsequently, he spent the next ten years in her ashram, in both India and the United States, where he had the opportunity to study hatha yoga under several teachers, notably ANUSARA YOGA with JOHN FRIEND. Since his departure from ashram, he has also received certification from various renowned schools of yoga, such as Sivananda and Sri Mahesh. Didier's many years in the ashram, and his integration of teaching techniques from these various schools, renders his teacher training program comprehensive and unique.
