Kaiohs and Kaio-shins

Dai Kaioh

Other This guy is a hip dude. He likes loud, rock music and dancing. He can break dance pretty well. He’s not what one should call god material. He is not very strong in terms on fighting, but he likes to think he is. He oversees the galaxy tournament.

Dai Kaioshin
Race: Kaioshin
Hair: Purple
Skin: Light Pink
Other Dai Kaioshin is the god of all the gods. A long time before Dragonball, Majin Buu was terrorizing the Kaioshin world, absorbing and killing people. Dai Kaioshin goes against Buu and is absorbed. Majin Buu looks like whoever he absorbs, so explains Buu’s plump and pink appearance. Dai Kaioshin is forever inside Buu. Dai Kaioshin’s personality rubs off on Fat Buu, which explains his semi-nice attitude. After Dai Kaioshin absorbed with Buu, Buu became sealed away.

East Kaiosama
Race: Kaioh
Hair: Orange
Skin: Light Greenish
Other East Kaiosama is the only living female Kaioh or Kaioshin. She lives in the East part of the afterlife. She trains students, like many other Kaiohs, but they don’t ever amount to anything. She is the fastest hover-bike driver in the universe, that doesn’t mean much. Kaiohs have a somewhat "laid-back" lifestyle.

East Kaioshin

Skin: Light Purple
Other East Kaioshin is the strongest of all the Kaios. East Kaioshin is one of the only remaining gods after Buu’s terrorist campaign. He comes to earth with Kibito during one of the Tenkaichi Budokais, to warn the Z Warriors of Majin Buu, who was soon to be released. East Kaioshin did fuse with Kibito to become more powerful, but it didn’t do much. East Kaioshin wanted Gohan to come to the Afterlife. Kibito teleported him there. East Kaioshin had Gohan train with the Z Sword, and Gohan became more powerful.

Other Kibito doesn’t have a lot of power inside of him, despite his looks. He can teleport anybody to anywhere, and serves as a sort of "taxi" for his master East Kaioshin. Kibito later fuses with East Kaioshin.

North Kaiosama, or King Kai
Race: Kaioh
Hair: None
Skin: Blue
Other Probably the most well-known Kaioh to viewers. King Kai lives on a tiny planet at the end of Snake Way. The planet has 10x earth’s gravity and consists of a few trees, his dome-ish house, a garage, and road going around the circumference, and an older style car. King Kai spends a lot of his time with his car, unless he’s training people. King Kai is the inventor of the Spirit Bomb and Kaio-ken attack, although he cannot do either of them (so how does he know these moves exist?) Goku was King Kai’s best student. Goku was the only person able to learn the Spirit Bomb and Kaio-ken attack. King Kai first trains his students by making them chase Bubbles, his pet monkey. Then he has them hit Gregory, the cricket, with a mallet. Then Kaiosama trains them somehow. Kaiosama can rather annoying at times with his bad jokes and puns, but he means well. One of King Kai’s more useful abilities, besides his ability to tell jokes, is he can communicate to people telepathically. Many plans are hatched through this. King Kai died during the Cell Saga. Goku teleported Cell to King Kai’s planet, and Cell exploded. Bubbles and Gregory also died. Kaiosama wasn’t too pleased at this little stunt.

Rou Dai Kaioshin

Skin: Light Purple
Other Rou Dai Kaioshin is the oldest Kaioshin, his life stretching back many generations. He was trapped inside the Z Sword, and Gohan released him. Gohan trains with the sword, and Rou Dai says he’ll upgrade Gohan’s power to great heights. There was only two problems. The first, he said it would take 24 hours, 24 hours would be too late to stop Buu! The second, Rou Dai is a pervert like many other old men, and wants a touch at Bulma if he powers up Gohan. It was settled. Rou Dai later gave up his life and gave it to Goku, which was how Goku came back to life.

South Kaiosama

Skin: Light Pink
Other South Kaiosama is the rival of the North Kaiosama, King Kai. South’s best student is Papai, which is a twig compared to Goku. South is very arrogant, but that’s about all.

West Kaiosama

Skin: Purple and Black
Other West lives in the west end of the galaxy. He always tries to prove people wrong. His best student is Paikuhan, who is close in power to Goku. The two battle in the Anoyoichi Budoukai, although Goku wins, as always
