- 7500 kiosks (info centres):4 talukas by Nov2000,27 by Mar2001,144 next year.
- Rights-tenency-cultivation records in computer format to be made avail to farmers by 31.3.2001.
To incorporate biometrics authentication (fingerprints).

Online registration of other documents
- Scanning of documentss since 1998 in sub-registrar office (Bangalore).
- Issue of encumbrance certificate same day. free rights-of-way to lay fibre-optic cables.

Silk Exchange (Bangalore) , a unit of Dept. of Sericulture, Govt. of Karnataka
- Whole process of silk auctioning computerised since 1985:
Silk from reeler weighed and entered into the system with reeler code, inward card generated and given to reeler.
Auction done and transaction details--rate, buyer, actual weight--recorded onto card as well as system.
- Benefits to reeler: Speed, accuracy and transparency.
