The book was released by Andres B Bande, Chairman & CEO, FLAG Telecom on 11th July, 2000 in New Delhi in presence of a large number of senior government officers, telecom professionals etc.
Mr.R.N.Goyal, Secreary, Department of Telecom Operations, awarded the author Mr.Gupta "Fellowship of Indian Telecom Museum" and presented him a Gold Medal.
