2 cups
sugar
1 cup
white syrup
2 cups
cream (divided)
1/2
cup butter
1 teaspoon
vanilla
Bring
sugar, syrup and ONE cup cream to a boil.
Slowly
add other cup of cream.
Boil
to 250º.
Take
off heat and beat in butter and vanilla. (Walnuts)
Pour
in cookie sheet and cut into squares.
Wrap
in pastic wrap and hide.
