Strawberry Sauce
Great for very ripe strawberries
Slice strawberries
squeeze lemon juice
over top (from one lemon)
shake in a couple tablespoons of sugar
blend gently
Refrigerate
Serve on french toast, angelfood cake,
shortbread, or ice cream
