Regular Intro for RAW

DX comes out and Road Dog introduces new WWF World Champion, Mankind, who comes out to new music(crappy for Mankind, cool for Cactus Jack). Mankind comes to the ring as DX leaves. Mankind says, "Mick Foley takes a lickin' and keeps on ticking." Mankind gives a thank you to Jim Ross for telling WWF executives about him when he made his return to the WWF in 1996 after going nowhere in the WWF in 1990. Mankind also thanks Steve Austin for helping him. He says a wrestlemania isn't a wrestlemania without Steve Austin, and mankind says he wants to fight Steve Austin at Wrestlemania 15. Rocky Maivia music hits and he comes out with Shane and Vince McMhan. Shane said his dad made a Corporate/DX Royal Rumble where the winner will be the #30 entrant. Rocky says Mankind had help from Austin and never beat him. Mankind trash talks Mankind then says the People wants and need them as their champ. Rocky then says he wants a rematch for the WWF Title at the Royal Rumble. Mankind says he already beat Rocky twice and he's not championship material. Rocky then says it'll be a NO DQ match. Mankind still says no. Rocky then says it'll be a No DQ, No Countout Match. Mankind turns it down again. Rocky then says it'll be a No DQ, No Countout Match and he'll have no Team Corporate members at ringside.Mankind still doesn't accept. Rocky got very mad and tells Mankind to sick Mr. Socko up his crotch. Mankind said he's going to stick Socko up Rocky's crotch instead and he'll face Rocky Maivia in a No DQ, No Countout, No Corporate members ringside, No Stopping of match due to massive bloodloss, I Quit match. Vince says he'll have to defend the title against Kane tonight and mankind ends the interview with a funny quote, "If you smell what the Sock is cookin'."

They show Steve Austin entering the arena.

MATCH 1: (Tag Title shot match at Royal Rumble) DX's New Age Outlaws vs. Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart
WINNERS: Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart when Owen Hart pinned Jesse James via Spinning Heel Kick(4:25)6/10

They show WWF Official, Tony Garea, and 8-10 cops guarding "Gillberg" 's locker room. We get to find out who he is after the...

Tony garea tells Gillberg he's on. Gillberg comes out and its really Duane Gill. He comes toward the ring entrance with the Goldberg music and a "Gillberg" chant over the PA system (which Michael Cole even mentioned that none of the fans lips were moving while the chant was playing) Gill comes to the ring entrance the Job Squad(Holly, Scorpio, & Blue Meanie) lights sparklers and Gill stands under a mini Pyro and chokes on the smoke. Gill got all the Goldberg impersanations right from the pounding his head with his fists to the spear.Gill comes to the ring and says only one thing which is, "Gillberg doesn't wants to know who's next, but wants to know who's first, so let the bodycount begin!"

MATCH 2: Job Squad's Duane Gill(berg) vs. Luna Vachon
WINNER: Luna vachon by punfall via Splash off Top TB(1:04)2/10

Gill missed the spear then tried the Jackhammer, but Luna fell on top of him, then choked him and nailed the splash off the Top TB for the win.Man that was hilarious.

A Sable fan runs in and attacked Luna until security took her out

They show the McMhan Corporation destroying Shawn Michaels last week on RAW then Patterson & Brisco attacking Shawn's mentor, Jose Lathario on Heat yesteday(Jose managed Michaels during his first reign as WOrld Champion in 1996).

Dennis Knight is show babbling to the commentators saying, "he's here" until farooq & Bradshaw(The Acolytes) take him to the back.

MATCH 3: Val Venis vs. ???
WINNER: No Contest(see below)

Val did a pose in front of a lady then Shamock ran down and attacked Val. Shamrock told him to leave his sister alone. Shamrock starts to leave then when he's at the ring entrance, Billy Gunn runs to the ring and says his sister would like this. Billy then moons his sister. Shamrock & Big Boss Man run to the ring and beat him up for about 5 seconds then Shamrock says he'll fight Billy Gunn at the Royal Rumble.

MATCH 4:(European Title Match) Job Squad's Al Snow vs. DX's X-Pac
WINNER: X-Pac by pinfall via X-Factor after Goldust nailed Snow with Head(2:46)5/10

Al tries to catch up with Goldust while he leaves, but he gets nailed by Head again.

Vince McMhan is in back with Kane and can't believe that he just told him that he doesn't want any Corporate members ringside with him.

MATCH 5:(World Title Match) Kane vs. Mankind(champ)
WINNER: Kane by DQ via Rocky nailing him with a chair(6:04)8/10

Rocky gives Mankind a chair shot, then gives Kane another one. Austin comes out. mankind steals Rocky's chair. Rocky leaves the ring and for some reason Mankind gives Austin the chair.Steve Austin then gives Mankind the Stone Cold Stunner then gives Kane a Stunner too.

Vince is mad at Rocky for interfering, Rocky says he doesn't want Kane wering the Rock's belt.

MATCH 6: DX's Hunter Hearst Helmsley vs. Brood's Edge
WINNER: Hunter Hearst Helmsley by pinfall via Pedigree(2:50)6/10

After the match Brood and DX ran to the ring the lights went out and when they came back on Road Dog was covered in "blood"

Weird Gothic music plays and the Undertaker symbol is shown with the Acolytes guarding a casket with Dennis Knight on top of it. The Undertaker music hits and he comes out in a new uniform and a longer beard with Paul Bearer. Undertaker delivers some speech about his return and says he's gonna deliver some type of warning and ends his speech with saying "Hell has relocated on Earth." Undertaker walks toward Dennis Knight with a dagger, Undertaker speaks some type of gibberish, then he "cuts" his hand and drips his "blood" over Dennis Knight and into some type of cup. Undertaker says he will no longer be known as dennis Knight, but will be known now as Meridian. Knight then drinks from the cup then the Undertaker carves the Undertaker symbol on Knight's chest. Then the Undertaker we saw at the beginning of this segment burned. This was one of the weirdest things I ever saw on RAW.

Cole and Lawler are shocked about what just happened. Michael Cole said Terri Runnels lost her baby after falling from the ring apron last week on RAW.

MATCH 7: D-Lo Brown vs. Mark Henry
WINNER: No Contest(see below)

D-Lo comes out with P.M.S. D-Lo says he's soory about what happened to Terri and said he'd do anything to make it up to her except about doing the thing she wanted him to do tonight. Terri begs and then D-Lo finally gives in. Mark Henry comes out to wrestle him which was the thing Terri wanted. Mark Henry says he doesn't want to fight D-Lo then starts to walks away. Jacquelyn then shoves D-Lo into Mark Henry and him and D-Lo yell at each other then Terri gives a groin smash to Henry. Chyna and Sammy comes out and Chyna shoves Jacquelyn. Chyna & Sammy then help Henry out of the ring.

COMMENTS: Duane Gill did fight the real Bill Goldberg in the summer of 1998 on Nitro. Gill wore the exact same outfit he did today and impersonated Goldberg.Of course he lost, and I think WCW is going tp be very mad at this its just like the fake Razor Ramon(Mike Brody) and Diesel(Isaac Yankem DDS) coming to the WWF in September 1996.This was probably payback for WCW forcing Tony Shivane to spoil RAW's ending last week(which backfired and Gave RAW its highest rating ever, a 5.9!).The whole Undertaker thing was weird, but I didn't understand what the Hell it had to do with wrestling.Where's Steven Regal, I didn't see him since a RAW in November, he was pretty cool. The acolytes have gotten their biggest push ever, but what happened to the Jackyl? Well I heard his contract ran up and WCW signed him.Always nice to have a Royal Rumble on RAW.This show was awesome and gets an A+ see ya next week.
